Can children take online English classes on TeachMeSensei?
Of course! Young students can sign up for classes with the help of a parent or guardian. All lessons are planned exactly according to the weakness of the student in the particular subject. If you need more information, send us your questions at hi@teachmesensei.academy.
Do you follow a curriculum to teach English online?
Erm, yes and no. Our approach depends entirely on the needs of the learner. For example, if you are a high school or university student who needs to pass a certain class, we will follow the curriculum you are already familiar with to help you boost your grade. If you are taking a professional language exam, we will help you learn the skills you need to do well on the exam.
And if you're just looking to improve your English as a hobby, we can curate a curriculum based on your weaknesses after a brief assessment from our teachers.
How much do your online English lessons cost?
Our basic fee for online English lessons is $20.00 per hour for one student. You can bring a buddy or two to get a discount if you thrive in a group environment to study. Learn more about our pricing here.
Can I take just one lesson?
Yes! If you only need one lesson for some guidance, you are more than welcome to only book one class.
How do I pay for the class?
You can pay as you go or choose a payment schedule that works for you. Payments must be made before the classes you’ve committed to. Payment details will be shared in the orientation email sent after your classes are confirmed.
What platform do you use?
All classes are conducted online via a video call platform. We use Lark for classes, communication, and assignments (where required).
